As per user request in feature board, added arrow buttons next/prev and keyboard shortcuts in image preview

Support for high resolution screens,
Previewing orientation/rotate status from Windows explorer right-click menu,
restoring file date to original after rotating (3.11),
performance improvements for Pro users,
also included is the earlier fix for the 'Invalid SOS parameters' bug
